This course provides mental health professionals with evidence-based interventions to help clients distinguish between productive problem-solving and the paralyzing loops of professional rumination. Participants will learn specialized Rumination-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (RF-CBT) -informed and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed techniques to assist clients in moving from ‘work-mode’ over-thinking to present-moment awareness and engagement.
